Third-Party Tools and Libraries

RevoGrid Pro incorporates a variety of third-party tools and libraries within its samples, plugins, and examples. We make every effort to ensure that these tools are licensed under permissive licenses such as the MIT License, GPL License, Apache 2.0, or similar, which generally allow for commercial usage. However, it remains the responsibility of the customer to verify that these third-party tools are compatible with their specific needs and legal requirements.

Current Third-Party Tools and Libraries

  • SheetJS Community Edition (Excel Export Plugin):
    The RevoGrid Pro Excel Export plugin utilizes SheetJS Community Edition, which is licensed under the Apache 2.0 License. The Apache 2.0 License is a permissive license that allows for commercial use, but it requires attribution. All rights not explicitly granted by the Apache 2.0 License are reserved by SheetJS LLC.

  • formulajs package (Formula Plugin):
    The formula plugin within RevoGrid Pro uses the formulajs package, which is licensed under the MIT License (MIT).

  • lodash library (General Use):
    Some examples provided in RevoGrid Pro may utilize the lodash library, which is also licensed under the MIT License.

  • StencilJS (Web Component Compiler):
    RevoGrid Pro utilizes StencilJS, a compiler for building fast, reusable web components, which is licensed under the MIT License.

Future Inclusion of Libraries

We reserve the right to incorporate additional third-party libraries in future examples or plugins provided within RevoGrid Pro. Customers are encouraged to regularly review this page and the licenses of any included third-party tools to ensure they meet their specific requirements.

While we endeavor to use reputable third-party tools with permissive licenses, customers should independently verify that the included tools and their licenses align with their intended use and comply with their legal obligations.
